Fees
Demonstration classes are $75 per person, for 2-3 hours. Maximum of six participants are allowed and class may be cancelled in case less than two people sign up.
Hands-on classes starts from $100 per person, for approximately 2-3 hours. Maximum of four participants are allowed and class may be cancelled in case less than two people sign up.
Lesson fees include all materials and a printed, photo-illustrated recipe. A 25% surcharge will be applied to lessons on weekends and public holidays.
Optional things to bring: pens and notepads, container to take home items for tasting, aprons and slippers.
Reservation and Payment:
Contact Lynn at lynnintokyo@hotmail.com or 83228350 for reservation at least one week before scheduled lessons. You will receive a confirmation email or SMS with payment instructions. Please pay the fees within three days of receiving the confirmation to reserve your space.
Reservations within one week must be made via telephone.
Cancellation and Refund:
Please cancel your reservation by telephone.
Cancel more than 7 days in advance – 100% refund
Cancel more than 72 hours in advance – 50% refund, or apply to another class at a later time
Cancel less than 72 hours in advance – sorry, no refund will be made.
In case of lesson cancellation due to lack of participants, you will be contacted more than 72 hours in advance. Your fees can either be refunded to you or be applied to a future lesson.

レッスン料金には材料費、レシピー代込みです。
週末と祭日の レッスン料金は２５％割増となりますので、ご了承ください。
持ち物：筆記用具、タッパー（試食品を持ち帰りたい方）、エプロン、スリッパ、持ち帰り袋（実習のレソン）を各自で用意して下さい

こちらから予約確認と支払い方法をｅメールかＳＭＳで送らせていただきます。
お支払いは予約確認の３日間内までにお済ませください。
一週間内の予約は必ず電話でご連絡ください。
キャンセルとキャセンル料金について:既存の予約をキャンセルするときは必ず電話でご連絡ください。キャンセル料金をチャージすることがございますのでご注意ください。
７日前：キャンセル料金はかかりません。
７２時間前：レッスン料金の５０％、あるいは次回のレッスンに用いる。
７２時間以内：申し訳ございませんが料金の払い戻しは致しておりません。
人数が足りないときレッスンをキャンセルする場合は７２時間前までにご連絡致します。
料金は希望により返金するか、次回のレッスンに用いる。
